Show-stopping new attraction casts its spell

In a fiercely competitive world teeming with new fads and fashions, it can be a challenge to come up with the ‘next big thing’ to wow your clients and their customers alike.

So, at Toolshed, we are thrilled to unveil a show-stopping new attraction to ensure any event will pull in an audience, get people talking and grab more than just a few headlines.

We have been working closely with a number of partners, including natural history experts and a specialist research laboratory in the US, over the last few years on an exciting gene cloning and cross-breeding programme to create the ultimate crowd pleaser – a modern-day unicorn.

It may sound beyond belief but the ground-breaking discovery in Kazakhstan of the skull of an Elasmotherium sibiricum, the Siberian unicorn, opened up the previously only dreamt-of opportunity to breed the first living unicorns in almost 30,000 years.

With the endless fascination for this magnificent, once considered merely mythical, creature – and the recent revival in interest amongst the younger generation – it is perhaps unsurprising that there has been no shortage of financial backing for such trailblazing research.

Through gene cloning from fossilised remains and cross-breeding with modern horses, scientists have finally been able to develop a stunning, pearly white animal to match the classic descriptions detailed in fairytales, folklore and legend.

An exclusive offer

Hence, it is with immense pride that we can announce we are the only UK events management company to be able to offer the appearance of a genuine unicorn or unicorns to help you raise your clients’ profile and promote their business, products or services.

Due to careful breeding, these particular animals have a calm, trainable and obliging temperament ideal for bringing a sprinkling of magic to a range of promotional events, including exhibitions, awards ceremonies and product launches.

This is of course a real coup for us but with such an honour also comes a great deal of responsibility, as welfare and safety must always be top priorities. So, when we provide a unicorn or unicorns for your event, they will be accompanied by expertly trained and fully equipped handlers and grooms.

If such an exclusive and spectacular draw sounds like something which might suit your clients, here are a few things to think about before you book.

  • Where’s there’s magic, there’s muck. These are large, majestic creatures – but also ones which will need to be cleared up after, so stand-by buckets and shovels are a must.
  • Think carefully about promotional material and decorations at your event – flapping balloons and waving banners might startle the more flighty, skittish unicorn.
  • A unicorn’s horn, also known as an alicorn, must be protected to prevent damage to itself or others. We find reinforced bubble wrap works well when travelling the animals to events.
  • Getting the best out of any creature invariably involves, at some point, food treats. Along with outstanding looks and temperaments, our unicorns have exceptional taste, so we tend to favour sugar cubes soaked in pink champagne to really make them shine.

At Toolshed, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers – we love to surprise our clients and are committed to helping you create an outstanding project. We hope that, with our exciting new unicorn service, our team can help you do just that.
